Do you think that had you waited until you were older/had more experience with personal finances that you would have less credit card debt? No. Only because my debt is a result of identity theft and theft of my credit cards.

If I had one I'd barely use it, so I guess I wouldn't have much debt

Do you own credit cards? (yes/no, how many) yes, 1
Do you have credit card debt? (yes/no, no details) yes, much.

No, the same fraud would have happened to me at any age, and I would have never known my back stabbing banks position until after it had happened.
