WHAT? a new topic?

Hi hi all.

Yes is tarted a new topic. Just to inform you all that the account of Eend is hacked. I will not regear him untill i got an awenser from ankama. I got all the hackers ip info and the house i owned is on a different account name. That name i got as well. So i will not play much untill this is sorted. (I will play even less^^)

That really sucks man, Ankama will set things straight, they just need 3 months and to know perfectly logical questions, like your passport number, drivers license number, social security number, bank account number, mothers maiden name, height weight age and hair and eye color, girlfriends name and address, what color underwear you're wearing, you know basic stuff.

This time i was ahead of them. I did send in all that stuff including some more things. Like what was i like when i started to play dofus. What am i now? Why did it not change. I even included my devotion and faith i have in them in sorting this problem.

Or was this to much?

Well to have faith in Ankama is a flat out lie, and I don't know if they like liars.

how about that. I got a response already. They do not accept black and white pictures... i have to send in color ones. hahahah

Black and white is less in size as it can not come over 300kb. But they send a reply that the email adress is already linked to the account so if i would please make a new adress so they can link that... THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM ANKAMA... Told them that in nicer words though. Let us see how they respond to that.

OMG, why did i not think of that. i should totaly have send some wine with my next ticket. Maybe then they will fix it before they get drunk from the wine...

Update on the progress. There is none... Still no shield or what ever. So still no geard eend. No Play time on him as well. No nothing. Well, naked eend is something i guess. Looks different. Really brings out his colors i would say.
